How does it work?

Click on Do Your Tax Return Online and fill out the questionnaire. You can also leave comments or queries in the additional information field.
If you have documents, you have the option of emailing them through to us reception@plhaccountants.com.au or we can send you an email with a secure link to upload your documents directly into our system.
One of our Accountants will contact you with queries within 1-3 weeks from the date we receive your submission.
When the tax return is complete, we will contact you with your tax results and email your tax return document to you for electronic signature.
We lodge the return and you will receive your tax refund (if entitled to a refund) direct from the ATO.

How much will this service cost?

Our basic tax returns range from $176 – $187 with additional costs for investment properties, capital gains tax, etc. If you prefer, you can request a quote at the end of this form and we can contact you with a quote before we proceed with the return.

How long will it take?

We endeavour to get your return finished and sent to you within 1-3 weeks, depending on the time of year.

Can I get my fee taken out of the refund?

Unfortunately, we do not have a trust account to enable us to do this so we request payment before lodgement.

What happens after the return is lodged?

Support does not end after the return is lodged. If you have any queries about the return or if there are any issues with the ATO, we are here to help.
